This package allows for complete wedding planning by a wedding professional for every design detail and all planning and scheduling nuances. The hard work is ours, but the final say and beautiful wedding day are all yours! This package includes:
Consultation and get-to-know-you meeting to discuss ideas, dreams, your needs, and your budget for the wedding day
Custom Slack channel for communication to be housed in one location
Monthly check ins with your assigned planner to review your planning timeline, make sure you’re on track, and give you a chance to ask questions
Décor and styling services which include: floral arrangements, menu creation, ceremony and reception space décor, lighting, place settings and tablescaping, wedding stationary, and favors
Tours of ceremony and reception site options – up to 3 locations
Vendor liaison throughout planning process including: appointment set up, interviewing, booking, deliveries, etc.
CJES will be the signatory on any agreements for vendors we contract, payments will be made via CJES
Assembly and mailing of Save-the-Dates and invitations
Management of guest list and tracking of RSVPs and responses in a shared location to provide couple with complete guest list 2 weeks before wedding day
Planning of rehearsal dinner
